Before starting Quadruple we experienced the same, hence we did away any sort of organizational hierarchy in our company. We do not think Work is work , we think work should be fun, and whenever work does start getting less like fun, we make sure we have fun. It for this reason we have a dedicated fun club.We do not think each person is destined to stick to a particular path or responsibility.
